Located in the UK, our team of GDPR experts can provide comprehensive representation services.
Our team will act as a point of contact for both your UK data subjects and the UK data protection authorities.
We will keep and maintain your Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) in accordance with Article 30.
You will be allocated a dedicated consultant who will regularly check-in to ensure you’re maintaining compliance.
Controllers and processors based outside of the UK, who offer goods and services to data subjects in the UK, are often required to appoint a UK representative. These UK representatives act as a point of contact for both data subjects located in the UK and for the supervisory authorities, as well as ensuring they maintain an up-to-date Record of Processing Activities (RoPA).
Having an appointed UK GDPR Representative can ensure your organisation meets the requirements of the UK GDPR, avoiding fines for non-compliance. It can be combined with our other Bulletproof GDPR services, such as gap assessments or on-going DPO support for cost-effective packages.
